The GT rifle targets are cut from 1/2" or 1" AR500 steel in a water jet to preserve the hardness throughout the target, edge to edge. The target is mounted with a steel cap that fits over a 2x4 wood post. The target is secured to the cap with a standard carriage bolt & nut. The rounded head of the carriage bolt stops the problem of splatter spraying back up range. The new rifle targets are a change from many other targets on the market and this system is an upgrade from what is currently available. All the targets on this page are reversible, so the shooter is able to engage both sides of the target - doubling the life of each target.
